Flame King Portable Butane & Propane Gas Stove with Single Burner

The stove seems to be quality. I’ve only used it once though, so that still a question.

I boils water for coffee, I used it to heat up some food. It worked nicely for both of those functions. It didn’t boil water as fast as my jetboil does. It used a lot less fuel than the two burner stove I have. I could control the flame easily for simmering. I would advise to use a wind break if using in an unprotected area. I’ve only issued it with a 1lb. propane tank so far.

I’m happy so far, time will tell.

The only reason I knocked off a star is because the stabilizer for the 1 lb. tank is difficult to impossible to put in the case. With the stove.

The Flame King gas stove is great for camping. It uses both the butane bottles or can connect up to the campers propane tank. Very good heat output and a good sized burner for larger pans. Great quality at a reasonable price, this will be part of the camping kit from now on.

This worked great on our camping trip. It also works great inside the house when you don't want to use the stove. Easy to use and clean.

I am very impressed with this product. It comes with a little propane side holder (for the small tanks of propane) and a propane attachment. It is designed to work with butane fuel, but being able to do either is a game changer. We sometimes run out of butane and this will allow us to swap out one fuel for propane which we always have on hand.
