I like this product. It will be great for weeds and I only wish it had more power to melt ice faster.

Great for clearing small ice patches

We bought disposable Coleman 1 lb. tanks. I spent about an hour and used only half the tank. I was able to melt small patches of black ice on our sidewalks that weren't melted by the salt. Then I used a snowplow snow shovel to shove bigger pieces off the sidewalk. The torch made it easy to scoop and sweep the walks clean. I would not recommend a torch this small for trying to clear large areas, but it works great for small patches.
