Why would this NOT have a 15lbs measurement? All grills use 15lb tanks! Otherwise works well

I bought this digital scale with a 5-pound propane tank. I wanted to see how much propane I needed to boil shrimp. The scale showed that I used about 1/4 of the tank after boiling 5 pounds of shrimp, so I got my answer!
It works well. I bought this because I've recently learned weighing propane tanks are more accurate than a regulator. But it works well for me
