Living in the Rockies, high altitude, low oxygen, hard to grill with charcoal or propane. This is the answer. Chard black outside, pink inside...how I like my ribeyes. Quick and easy to achieve restaurant quaulity.

Makes a great steak!

This little oven is a great little machine for making a steak for one or two people. Heat up very fast and does a great job of cooking a steak at over 1000 degrees. The only way to make this product better is to spend a little more time creating the owners manual, some items are not very clear but i did figure them out overtime.
