The torch is compatible with Flame King 1lb Propane Cylinders (sold separately) and also works with standard 1LB propane cylinders, MAPP, and MAP-PRO fuel cylinders. For extended runtime and increased performance, it can also be connected to 3lb–40lb propane tanks with a Type 1 (QCC1) connection using Flame King YSN-QCC-1LB or SS-QCC-1LB adapter hoses. When used with a 1LB propane cylinder, the torch delivers up to 100,000 BTU/hr. When connected to a 20LB propane tank using a compatible adapter hose, it produces up to 210,000 BTU/hr for maximum heating power.
