Great fire starter

Unit works well to start my charcoal barbecue pit quickly and cleanly. Easy to set up and deploy, portable enough for my application. Unit arrived bent due to insufficient packaging strength though the quality tubing showed no break in integrity and was difficult to straighten out. Still would recommend unit to others

Great tool to have! especially if you might be dealing with something damp, it WILL get a fire going!

Easy to use fire lighter

I was fed up with multiple other ways of lighting our log fire insert. This is easy, simple and low cost. I use the Coleman Propane 16oz bottle and simple put this in the bottom of the log chanmber, heap some kindling on top and some small pieces of log, turn on the gas and light it. It takes less than 3 minutes and you can pull it out. Clean, easy and way less mess than paper or firelighters. Love it and would recommend to others.

Huge flame!!!

This thing would be perfect for getting an extra crisp skin on a turkey or chicken. Searing a steak would be easy. Just bring plenty of gas, as this thing is really putting out a massive flame when turned up!! I intended to use it for lighting my kamado style grill. It's not ideal for that use to me. I prefer another style with a smaller more direct flame better.
