Great control, and burns hot!

If you're looking for a great little torch, for either kitchen stuff, or like me you enjoy a good cigar, this torch is perfect. I love the flame adjustment, and capacity, and the stand means never having to worry about setting down a hot piece of metal like those other pocket torch lighters. Keep in mind that torches like these burn WAY hot, so exercise a bit of common sense and caution, and you should be good, whether searing a steak or toasting a cohiba, this one works!

Easy to setup and use

I found this really easy to fill, much easier than the one I was replacing! I got it filled and set up in no time. It has a wide range of flow for a variety of uses. I will be using it for creme brulee, roasting marshmallows, and searing after sous vide. Works great!

Easy to use, fussy to fill

Easy enough to use for quick tasks, and not a complicated device to figure out. I appreciate that you don't have to hold the trigger to maintain the flame, and the safety lock works as intended. I do agree with another reviewer that this thing is a little fussy to refill, though, so I hope I don't have to do it often. I haven't had any problems with leaking, as another reviewer has. Overall, a good little tool to have on-hand.

Nice kitchen/cigar torch. A bit of a pain to fill.

This is a nice torch for kitchen use for are, but I'm mainly using it for cigars. Works perfectly for lighting them quickly. It holds quite a bit of butane which is nice.

My only gripe, like other reviewers have said, is that it is kind of finicky to fill up. Once you get it filled up, it works like a charm. I do recommend having one of these around for cooking and especially if you are a cigar smoker!
